Heat Wave isn’t just a workout 💫 it’s our rhythm.

At Heat Wave, our mission is to create an environment that’s raw, real, and alive with energy. We’re here for the sweat, the breath, the burn—and the bliss that follows. We’re not about picture-perfect poses; we’re about movement in its truest form: gritty, glowing, and unapologetically human.

Marie-Elaina (best known as m.e.) is a celebrated fitness + wellness expert in the Napa and Sonoma Valley, best known for her signature Pilates HIIT classes — a favorite among both locals and visiting guests. Her teaching spans mat Pilates, HIIT, yoga, barre + meditation.

Guided by music and rooted in intention, M.E. creates classes that are upbeat, grounding, and energizing. She inspires students to tune into their bodies, connect with themselves, and push past perceived limits. You’ll leave her class feeling stronger, clearer, and energetically expanded — and even after being challenged to your core, you’ll wish it wasn’t over.

We invite you to join the next wave.
